Montrose
Once a famed hunting area, Chateau Montrose is one of the leading winemaking estates in Saint Estephe. The wine is Cabernet Sauvignon dominated - dark, full bodied, muscular and rich. In 2006 the estate was bought by the Pouygues family, who invested €55 million in a high speed environmentally-friendly renovation. This is a wine to treasure in the cellar.
